**This class will be held at virtually.**

Taught By: Alice Nelson, MS, LMFT & Jamie Watson, MA, LMFT, RPT-S

This experiential training is designed to strengthen clinicians’ ability to collaboratively develop treatment goals that truly reflect each client’s voice, values, and desired outcomes. Participants will explore practical methods for eliciting client-centered goals, aligning them with diagnostic criteria and ethical standards, and weaving them into evidence-informed treatment planning. This class emphasizes how to bridge the gap between goal-setting and clinical interventions to help therapists translate goals into meaningful, actionable steps that support change and empowerment in therapy.

Through guided discussion, case examples, and applied exercises, participants will gain confidence in developing individualized, measurable, and dynamic goals that evolve with the therapeutic process.
