Grievances & Appeals
At Wild Peloria, your voice matters.
We are committed to providing care that is respectful, safe, and collaborative. If you ever have a concern about your services, your therapist, or your experience at Wild Peloria, we encourage you to share it with us.
Step 1: Talk with Your Therapist
Most concerns can be resolved by having an open conversation with your therapist. We welcome your feedback and will do our best to address your needs directly.

Step 2: How to File a Grievance: If you do not feel comfortable talking with your therapist, or if your concern is not resolved, you may contact our Clinical Director:
-
You may share your concern verbally or in writing.
-
Grievances may be reported directly to your therapist, our Clinical Director, or any staff member with whom you feel comfortable.
-
You may ask someone else (such as a friend, family member, or advocate) to help you file a grievance if necessary.
